1 Thessalonians 5:9 For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our savoir Yahshua Ha Mashiach.
1 Thessalonians 4:15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
Luke 21:36 (KJV) Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
We are promised that we will escape from the great tribulation/judgement that is coming on the whole earth.
Amos 5:18 Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.

Revelation 3:10 - Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
YAHSHUA won’t be here on earth during the great tribulation, so again the being hidden theory has flaws in it. Because the bible tells us He went to Heaven to build an abode for His believers and He is going to come and take them to where He is.
John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
If we the overcomers are taken to be for ever with Him then we must be where He is.
He resides in Heaven. Therefore when Paul tells us we will be caught up to meet Him in the air he means exactly that. He said He is coming to take us where He is, it will seem like a thief in the night to those who do not understand and at the second coming where every eye on earth will see Him come with his saints with Him. At this time He is coming to live and reign here on earth.
So which is it? If we are not raptured or we are hidden on earth then that makes the above scriptures incorrect because He tells us that He is coming to the clouds to call up His people and take them to be with Him. They will be with Him in His heavenly home for the 7 year duration of the tribulation period. We must rightly divide the word.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
2 Thessalonians 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
Matthew 24:8-13 (KJV)
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
Luke 13:25 When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open for us,’ and He will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know you, where you are from,’
Matthew 7:21-23
I Never Knew You. 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
Revelation 4:1 After this I looked, and behold, a door was opened in heaven; and the first voice which I heard was, as it were, of a trumpet talking with me, which said, “Come up hither, and I will show thee things which must be hereafter."
